THE CHALLENGE

Although the first brand to successfully launch a new product category in 2012, our dairy partner saw its sales revenues decline in the following years due to growing competition in the market.

THE PROJECT

Through research, we identified gaps in our partner’s communication strategy disconnected from their target consumers’ consumption preferences and aspirations. We devised and operated a rebranding strategy relevant to the brand’s new growth objectives, articulating a clearer brand proposition and creative platform with campaign initiatives rooted in digitized and interactive packaging.
