THE CHALLENGE

Having operated a strategic pivot by merging two brands into one, our partner needed to clearly articulate its new global brand positioning for Chinese audiences by resonating with younger segments while remaining relevant to their existing customer base.

We helped devise and implement a social media strategy across key China touch points to establish a newly-branded social media persona that would resonate with new target audiences, while staying true to the brand core values. Within just 3 months, tens of thousands of new followers were converted.
